Autumn Fun At Willowgrove Farm
Grade One students enjoy Autumn at Willowgrove Farm.
The crisp morning air was filled with excitement as the students in grade one embarked on their adventure to Willowgrove Farm. Though the air was a little brisk and there was a light mist falling at times they had a great time learning about how pumpkins grow, different aspects of a farm and the importance of scarecrows for farmers. The students were even able to create their own scarecrows.
The trip ended with an exciting wagon ride around the farm where the children were able to see the many different colours of fall.
