RHMS Poetry Contest
Powerful Poetry Pleases People Profoundly!
Our first academic challenge of the year is about to launch! The Grade Seven and Eight students are challenged to write a Limerick. Students can submit one poem that is at least 10 lines long to Ms. Dekster’s mailbox in the elementary office by Friday, October 28th at 5:00 p.m.
The expectations and rules will be posted in the elementary foyer. A panel will review all submissions and award certificates at the end of term assembly.
Check back in January if you are in Grades Four to Six, and in June for Grades One to Three, for your chance to participate in this challenge.
We look forward to reading all of the creative and comical Limericks.
