Visiting the school is an essential part of the process for all families. We want you and your child(ren) to meet with us in person to see our traditions first-hand and ensure that RHMS is the best environment for your child.
The school you choose will become a second home – not just for your child(ren), but for your whole family. Thus, we strongly encourage all guardians to attend the tour and be involved in the decision-making process.
During your visit, you will be taken on a personal tour of the school by our Registrar. Shortly after the tour, the Registrar will guide you through our Application Package which includes our School Policies and Guidelines, Prospectus, tuition fees and payment options. Personal tours are conducted Monday to Friday during school hours and are approximately one hour in length.
Upon completion of your visit we highly recommend that you read the literature provided to you. We further encourage you to visit other schools so that you can make an informed decision as to whether RHMS is the best educational environment for your family’s needs.
At this point you will have met with the school Registrar for a personal tour of the school. If not kindly refer to Step 1 above.
Once you have read all of the information provided at the tour and have selected RHMS as the school for your child(ren), call the school. We will do the following depending on your program of choice:
Elementary Program (Grades One - Eight): Our Administrators will arrange for our Registrar to contact you and discuss next steps. Pending program availability, the Registrar will book your Registration Appointment.
Montessori Program (Ages 3 – 5): Pending program availability, our Administrators will book your registration appointment at the time of your call.
At this point you will have taken a personal tour, informed the school of your decision to register, and booked a Registration Appointment. If not kindly refer to Steps 1 and 2.
Now you will need to complete a Registration Package in preparation for your registration appointment. Please complete all of the following items under A, B, and C prior to attending your Registration Appointment:
