- 1st dose of 2 doses - Hepatitis B for ALL Grade 7's.
- 1st dose of 2 doses - HPV for ALL Grade 7's
York Region Public Health will be providing an immunization clinic at RHMS. This will include the Hepatitis B Vaccine & HPV Vaccine for all Grade 7 students, as well as HPV for Grade 8 females (first dose of two doses).
Here is a list of helpful tips to ensure your child has a smooth and successful immunization:
- Have a book prepared for your child to read after they get their immunization
- Ensure your child wears a short sleeve shirt on the day of the clinic
- Ensure your child eats a healthy breakfast or has a healthy snack prior to the clinic
- Please supply a juice box for your child (100% real fruit juice according to the RHMS food policy)
