Mother’s Day High Tea

The children were anxiously awaiting our Mother’s Day tea celebration. In preparation for this special day they have been working diligently on making their Mother’s Day gifts. They worked hard with Ms. Easton and their teachers to put together a beautiful art piece for their moms. We hope our moms enjoyed their special gifts for Mother’s Day! 

 

Thank you to all the beautiful moms for joining us for the mother’s day tea and spending such a precious moment with your child. We hope you enjoyed their performance, slide show and time spent with them.  

 

We also planted sunflower seeds with the children in the classroom and discussed the care that plants need in order to live, including the life cycle of a plant.  We hope that you and your child are properly caring for the plants in your home as much as we cared for them at school. The care of the plant teaches your child responsibility and how to care for precious gifts that nature brings us.
