RHMS Writers Win Awards

Our excellent young writers continue to show their skill! Several of our students had their poems published by The Young Writers Poetry Institute of Canada for their outstanding contributions in their annual compilation The Heart of Solstice.

As a school, we placed first overall for poets aged 13-18, a very lofty accomplishment. Individually, Ariz B, a grade 8 student, was the national runner-up in the competition. Also recognized with Awards of Excellence were Johnny F, Tyler K, Betty W, Priya R, Emerson S, and Paniz V.
