Building Bridges to Scientific Discovery

 

Grades 3 and 4 students participating in the Science Olympics got to take on some amazing challenges last week. Grade 3 students built sturdy structures from flimsy paper and used creative shapes to build for height and stability. Meanwhile, Grade 4 students were challenged to build bridges that successfully supported various weights. Students demonstrated great teamwork skills, sharing ideas and working together on their structures. Stay tuned this week to hear about Grades 5-8 and the remainder of the Science Olympics!
