Wiggly, wonderful worms!

Grade 2 students observe earthworms

Students in Ms. Quidayan's science class learned about the significance of earthworms in the environment through some hands-on observation.

The class discussed the characteristics of earthworms, including its skeleton-less body, its muscle set, along with its soil-rich diet.

The students also had an opportunity to observe earthworms in soil collected from RHMS fields, before setting them free.
