Grade 2s Program in Sequence

RHMS Grade 2 students are giving context to their programming.

Using Dash robots, children followed a sequence of events to program, and developed a short story behind the functions of the robotics.

Twenty-five minutes was allotted for students to create their stories and program, and were invited to read their stories out loud as the robot performed the actions. They were also challenged to time their program, and use their partners' to trigger the sequence of events.

Through these activities, students analyzed what they learned, interesting aspects of the lesson, and what challenges they faced while programing.
