RHMS 2022-2023 Art Café

We were pleased to welcome our community to the annual RHMS Art Café yesterday evening.  Art Café is a chance for all of our students to show off their hard work and share their enthusiasm for Art with their families. 

 

The theme for this year’s Art Café was based on JOY.  Students in Montessori and Grades 1 through 8 depicted what JOY means to them or what brings them JOY. They used various art styles and art materials to create their projects. Students in Grades 3 to 8 also designed a set of eyes of someone or something that brings them joy, which contributed to a collaborative brick wall titled ‘Joy is in the Eyes of the Beholder’.  It served to be a great photo opportunity for students and their family and friends.   

 

At the end of the event, The students were delighted to receive the Davinci, Van Gogh and Best Overall award for their creativity and dedication.
