Students study soil and living things

Montessori students had an introduction into the world of biology by taking a look at the living organisms in soil.

Preschoolers learned that microscopic cells live in soil, and many animals/living things also survive off of it.

The children also engaged their senses, including touch, to feel the soil and plant seeds.
