My Little Sprout

RHMS Grade 2 students are following the growth cycle of seedlings. 

The multi-week activity gave children the opportunity to sprout seeds in a "sprout house" (paper towel and containers), plant their seeds in the soil, and record observations as the seeds germinate.

This project also allowed Grade 2s to study the temperatures and conditions seedlings need to grow.
