Montessori Remembers

RHMS Montessori students were educated about the importance of Remembrance Day.  The students heard stories about the Canadian troops and veterans who fought for our freedom and learned about the symbolism of why we wear poppies. 

They took pride in creating beautiful poppy artwork to share with everyone to prepare for our RHMS Remembrance Day assembly. 

“Poppy, little poppy as red as can be.  To show that I remember that Canada is safe and free.”
