RHMS Montessori children learned about the Animal Kingdom and the various habitats in which they live. The children were excited to create their own animal habitats.
As we celebrated Earth Month in April, the children learned how to minimize waste. They were encouraged to gather a variety of recyclable materials to design their animal habitat projects. They used boxes as their base and used so many fun items to create their animal home such as tissue paper, construction paper, popsicle sticks and vegetables. You name it, we used it!
