RHMS Montessori students have been learning about properties of matter during STEM this month.
The classes had a great time making Ooblek, which is a mixture made with cornstarch and water. Ooblek is neither a solid or a liquid, but when you squeeze it into a ball it acts as a solid. When you let go, it drips out of your hands as a liquid.
The children enjoyed combining the ingredients together to make this engaging experiment!
