Immunization Clinic - Grade 7
York Region Public Health will be providing an immunization clinic at RHMS. This will include the Hepatitis B and Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines for all Grade 7 students.
Students who miss our school's immunization clinic can also receive the vaccines by appointment (not walk-in) at York Region Public Health's community clinics, by clicking on Community Immunization Clinics at york.ca/immunization.
Here is a list of helpful tips to ensure your child has a smooth and successful immunization:
- Have a book prepared for your child to read after they get their immunization
- Ensure your child wears a short sleeve shirt on the day of the clinic
- Ensure your child eats a healthy breakfast or has a healthy snack prior to the clini
