Montessori Solar System

RHMS Montessori students explored the solar system.  They learned about the planets that surround our Earth.  Through hands-on materials and discussions, they discovered the names of the planets, their order from the Sun, and some of their unique features.

After the lesson, the students expressed their understanding by writing descriptive paragraphs in their workbooks.  This activity strengthened their knowledge of space while also developing their observation and writing skills.
