RHMS Montessori students experienced a serene and joyful Zen Day, filled with calming activities that nurtured both body and mind. The day began with yoga, allowing children to stretch, breathe, and connect with themselves. The students also engaged in a variety of hands-on, mindful activities such as designing patterns in the sand, blowing and making bubbles, crafting friendship bracelets, and shaping clay into rocks which they then painted in vibrant colours. Each activity encouraged creativity, calmness, and mindfulness.
These experiences were more than just fun, they offered real benefits to the students physical and mental well-being. It was a beautiful day of peace, play, and connection, inside and out.
