Grade 8 Career Day

RHMS Grade 8 students recently participated in an engaging Career Day, where guest speakers shared insights into a variety of professional pathways. Presenters included financial planners, dentists, lawyers,  information technologists, and a pharmacy lobbyist, each offering students a firsthand look at their careers, daily responsibilities, and educational journeys. 

A common theme throughout the presentations was the important role of technology and communication skills in today’s workplace. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, learn about real-world applications of their studies, and gain valuable advice about future career planning. 

We are grateful to our presenters for volunteering their time and inspiring our students to explore a wide range of career possibilities.
