Happy Chinese New Year RHMS! Montessori students learned all about Chinese New Year on Tuesday as the lunisolar Chinese calendar changed over the long weekend. Students learned that 2018 is the year of the dog, and that they represent honesty and loyalty. The children created some beautiful and colourful cherry blossom charcoal art, and even learned the Chinese character for dog. Another class made their very own dragon craft that blew tissue paper flames!
