RHMS Writers Win Awards

A member of our RHMS family Johnny .F was acknowledged for his writing ability and his support of the local Royal Canadian Legion. Finishing first respectively, Johnny was recognized for his original poem honouring the sacrifice of our brave men and women of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Johnny also received two additional rewards – a third place finish in the entire district for his poem, and the outstanding honour of first place in the essay division.

Well done and a hearty congratulations to our fine young writer!
