Grade 7s attend Champ Chat

Grade six homeroom teacher Ms. Coady, along with girls from grade seven attended a Fast and Female Champ Chat on Sunday. 

Girls of all fitness levels, ages 8-18, were invited to take part in the 3-4 hour long event. The girls participated in group exercises, learned about the histories of local female athletes, and met other girls from their communities who believe in the importance of being active.

Ms. Coady is an ambassador of Fast and Female – an organization dedicated to empowering girls in sport.
