Art of Abstract

Montessori students discover the works of Jackson Pollock

Students in Ms. Pascetta's class created works inspired by American painter Jackson Pollock.

The class used a variety of liquid colours, in the style of drip painting on their "canvass", to create their own abstract artwork.

Also like Pollock, students did not use a traditional paint brush to create their work; the students used straws.
