Canada Wide Science Fair Winner

Students  across Canada were able to take their STEM projects to the next level by participating in Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF). The Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF) brought together top young scientists in grades 7-12 and their projects, to compete for medals, cash prizes, scholarships and exclusive opportunities. This premier event has been held every year since 1962, and this year the opportunity to participate went virtual. 

Following their first place wins at the York Regional Science Fair, we would like to acknowledge RHMS students Grace D and Emily J for representing RHMS at this year’s Canada-wide Science Fair. Emily J took home the Excellence Award-Silver Medal in the Junior Division for her “Porch Pirates” project.  Her win will also include future scholarship opportunities at several Canadian Universities!
