Mission To Mars

RHMS Grade 8 students embarked on a Mission to Mars at the Ontario Science Centre and were filled with excitement and anticipation for the journey ahead. Our crew explored the mysteries of space and discovered what it takes to become future astronauts.

The students were thrilled to learn about the latest space exploration missions, and how technology is shaping the future of space travel. They also had the chance to participate in hands-on activities that simulated life on Mars, like growing plants in a controlled environment, building a probe, touching a real meteorite and operating a rover.

Throughout the trip, we were reminded of the importance of teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in space missions.
